Amid a decor that evokes colonial Havana under Batista, with lots of green upholsteries, wood panels, and deep sofas, you'll find a three-tiered place with a restaurant (it charges around 50€/$65 for a full meal); a piano bar (music begins at 11pm every night the place is open, and at 10pm on Tues); and a cigar lounge. Jazz concerts are featured Tuesday night. Cocktails, including cuba libres, cost 13€ ($17) each. Entrance is always free. And the music that's in the background is international rock and pop, not solely salsa and merengue. It's open Monday to Saturday from noon to 5am. And it attracts a lot of nattily dressed business travelers.
